Grandma's food cooked by real grandmothers. Mamone was launched last summer by Baptiste Brot and Fabien Djennaoui in downtown Aix. Ici, le pain est bio et 100 % provençal ! Bruno Griffoul a participé à l’élaboration d’une filière territoriale durable « du grain au pain ». Ce boulanger militant, agronome de formation, fait partie du réseau Blé paysan bio qui garantit des variétés de blé anciennes et locales, l’utilisation exclusive de levain naturel et des fermentations longues. Résultat : des pains savoureux et digestes, qui se conservent pendant plusieurs jours. Hélène propose également des pâtisseries bio et de saison.

The art of roasting. Mathieu Taborcia is certainly a chocolate maker — and what a chocolate maker! —, but also a roaster. His shop, established in the village of Lambesc, is one of the few in Provence to offer bean-to-bar chocolate, an expression that means “from the bean to the bar”: he works with different origins of cocoa whose beans he roasts himself. The quality and conviviality of a village cheese factory. This store, opened in summer 2023 in the heart of old Pélissanne, was quickly adopted by local delicatessens, combining an ice cream shop and a cheese bar. Delphine Begon, trained at the prestigious Mons company, offers a vast and specialized assortment that includes, again, a range of Meilleur Ouvrier de France Hervé Mons. Nice terrace and a warm welcome as a bonus!

The summary of Provence. This Jouquard mill is also the last artisanal essential oil distillery in Bouches-du-Rhône. Extra virgin olive oil comes from 10 ha of olive trees of the Aglandau variety, planted to support the olive heritage of the village damaged by the great frost of 1956. In terms of aromatherapy, lavender is king, but other Mediterranean plants — thyme, rosemary, immortelle... — are also processed on site to collect their essence.

Real homemade fresh pasta. This venerable establishment, founded in 1878 by a young Italian from Abruzzo, is today in the hands of Charles and Pierre-Antoine who make their spaghetti, tagliatelle, lasagna pasta and ravioli filled with classic or seasonal fillings every day on site. The land steeped in history. At the XIII^E In the 19th century, Montaurone Castle was part of a Templar commandery. Forest of oaks, poplars, elms, springs and meadows cover this beautiful family estate established on a limestone plateau at an altitude of 200 m, crossed by the Touloubre river. The vineyard, certified organic since 2016, extends over 91 ha belonging to the Decamps family, owner-harvester for over 40 years. The estate also has 2,200 olive trees on 8 ha, also grown organically.

Acquis par Philippe Kessler en 2001, le domaine est modernisé afin d'améliorer la qualité des vins. Ces derniers sont engagés dans des démarches particulièrement respectueuses de l'environnement, ce qui leur a valu la certification « Haute Valeur Environnementale » de niveau 3 pour tous leurs produits. Les cuvées phares pour la partie domaine sont Clos Victoire et Rocher Rouge. Côté oliveraie vous y découvrirez quatre sélections d’huiles d’olive aux saveurs uniques.
