The authenticity of a place dedicated to wine and creation. In 2017, the Le Dorze family fell in love with this estate built around an 18th-century country house, whose Italian-style terrace overlooks a vineyard surrounded by woods and a hill of hundred-year-old oak trees. Major works have in particular made it possible to build a superb winemaking cellar, equipped to express the best of the land.
The complementarity between father and daughter: Christian Le Dorze is in charge of the Bonisson Art Center (p.92), while Victoire is responsible for the organic field she manages.
Discover in the cellar the three wine collections in three colors: “La Petite Causerie” fresh and gourmet, “La Cuvée B” delicate and elegant, and finally “Abstraction” offering high-end wines atypical in Provence (a 100% Chardonnay white wine, a 100% Chardonnay white wine, a rosé aged in barrels and a 100% Syrah red wine).
