In 2017, the Le Dorze family fell in love with this estate built around an 18th century country house.E century, whose Italian-style terrace overlooks a vineyard surrounded by woods and a hill of hundred-year-old oak trees. Major works have in particular made it possible to build a superb winemaking cellar, equipped to express the best of the land.
The complementarity between father and daughter: Christian is in charge of the Bonisson Art Center, while Victoire is responsible for the organic field she leads.
Discover the wine collections in three colors in the cellar: “La Petite Causerie”, a fresh and gourmet white made from 100% Chardonnay, “La Cuvée B”, a delicate and elegant rosé, aged in barrels, and finally “Abstraction”, a 100% Syrah red. High-end wines that are atypical in Provence.
Free admission to the Bonisson Art Center and guided tours of the exhibitions on Sundays at 4 pm (by reservation).
