The summary of Provence. This Jouquard mill is also the last artisanal essential oil distillery in Bouches-du-Rhône. Extra virgin olive oil comes from 10 ha of olive trees of the Aglandau variety, planted to support the olive heritage of the village damaged by the great frost of 1956. In terms of aromatherapy, lavender is king, but other Mediterranean plants — thyme, rosemary, immortelle... — are also processed on site to collect their essence.
