Grandma's food cooked by real grandmothers. Mamone was launched last summer by Baptiste Brot and Fabien Djennaoui in downtown Aix. The concept: simmered dishes to take away or to be delivered, prepared every day in a large space open to the street where their appetizing scents spread. They are made by women who master the recipes of yesteryear, those who cooked for a long time to exhale the flavors and ensure the melting. Provençal-style lamb shoulder, pistou soup, beef bourguignon...: everything is prepared with love and fresh products!
The tenderness of meats that cook in a casserole for at least 6 hours.
Quality at a low price: €16 for the main course and dessert menu!
The short menu is mostly French, with nice Provençal and Italian accents.
