Opened at the end of 2023 in the Granettes countryside by the Roys, who already own Gaodina, this cozy restaurant focuses on the conviviality of bistronomic cuisine and the freshness of a short and seasonal menu. Operate is the nickname that Martin and Robinson Roy gave to their grandfather, who transmitted to them the pleasure of meeting again at the table. A place as pleasant with family or friends as with a duo or for work.
