Versatility. 15 km from Aix, Terre de Mistral is both a wine and olive estate, a farm inn and a shop. In the kitchen, the seasons dictate, chef Baptiste Donat does the rest! It offers a creative and refined menu, built whenever possible around farm and vegetable products. The whole is located on a plain punctuated by vineyards and dominated by the massive silhouette of Sainte-Victoire.
