Enjoy panuozzi! These sandwiches from Campania are prepared not in a classic baguette, but with pizza dough that Fabien matured for at least 48 hours to develop its aromas, digestibility as a bonus. It is cooked and stuffed with fillings that are as generous as they are tasty: mozzarella and other cheeses, cheeses, charcuteries, fresh vegetables, sun-dried tomatoes, pesto, arugula...
