The love of products. Having fallen into the hot pot since childhood thanks to his grandmother who taught him his first recipes, Emmanuel Césary has always cooked. Having worked for several Michelin-starred chefs, working as a private chef for personalities such as Eddie Barclay, he decided to create Le Concept, a restaurant-bar-delicatessen in 2020, in the heart of the small village of Cigogné. There, he shares his passion for beautiful products around which he entirely structures each of his recipes. The short menu combines inventiveness and lots of delicacy, bistronomic French cuisine and flavors from around the world with a different menu every weekend.
