Enjoy fine and ethical cuisine in a bucolic setting. Giving meaning to food is the approach of Laurène Attia and Stéphane Enault, who took over this former century-old inn in the charming village of Cormery in 2021. Their credo: to promote a wide range of productions from Touraine on a daily basis around creative recipes that are renewed over the seasons. Thus, the menu combines meats from local farmers with vegetarian specialties such as seitan or tempeh, and highlights cereals and legumes as well as herbs, flowers and medicinal plants cultivated by Laurène.
