This is excellent news for the people of Aix: a Caramelerie store has opened in the historic center, with its assortment of caramels and sweets made in Mane, in the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence. In the Mediterranean region, olive oil - organic and Camargue - is used to give caramels their tenderness. A project as beautiful as it is good, which also ticks the boxes for a sustainable treat.
