These entremets, which take the shape of a generous calisson, can be enjoyed fresh and reinvent the flavors of the famous Aix confectionery: chocolate and olive oil, blackcurrant and Timut pepper, almonds from Provence, almonds from Provence and orange blossom, pistachio and black garlic...
