Brice Del Vecchio cut his teeth in pastry and chocolate making in prestigious houses, in particular Le Clos de la Violette under Jean-Marc Banzo, Riederer at the MOF Philippe Segond or even Oberweis in Luxembourg. After a detour to Australia, in 2013 he decided to stand on his own two feet. He and his partner, Manon, run two stores, one in Aix and the other in La Barque (Fuveau). Everything is made in the workshop with quality ingredients.
