The quality and conviviality of a new village cheese factory. In the heart of old Pélissanne, this place opened in summer 2023 combines an ice cream shop and a cheese bar. Delphine Begon, its co-founder with Anthony Guilbert, was trained at the renowned Maison Mons before managing the Passage cheese factory in Aix. Its vast and precise selection includes here again a range of Hervé Mons, Meilleur Ouvrier de France. Before leaving with your cheese box, you can enjoy aperitif platters on site with a glass of wine or a beer, or even plan an afterwork on Thursday until 22 p.m.
