The sweets from the oldest calissons factory in Aix. The Brémond grocery store was founded in 1830 on Cours Mirabeau, before moving to Rue d'Italie in 1986, where the shop dedicated to sweets is still located. The range of confectioneries — calissons, nougats, candied fruits, crunches and other delicacies from the South — is now combined under the historic brand “Brémond Fils”, which already represented the institution's sweets at the beginning. A second shop in Aix, on rue Bédarrides, hosts a biscuit-making workshop and the entire savory range.
