In the heart of the Royal Abbey of Fontevraud, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Fontevraud L'Ermitage restaurant, 1 Michelin star and 3 Gault & Millau toques, is a unique place where you can enjoy cuisine that is just as unique: poetic, precious, sensible and essential. Its chef, Thibaut Ruggeri, Bocuse d'Or 2013, imagines a different menu for each new moon by making use of the wonders of his huge organic vegetable garden.
