Joris and Loïc Gambin, father and son, fell in love with an old stable that was beautifully renovated in the heart of the Provençal countryside, just 15 km from Aix-en-Provence. They surrounded themselves with a young and dynamic team headed by chef Dylan Venzal. Experienced by beautiful houses, he concocts a generous cuisine that elegantly plays the traditional card. The restaurant also offers a cocktail and tapas area for an afterwork during the week or an evening at the weekend.
