Fondé par Emmanuel Sirounian et Victor Leblanc, l'établissement est aujourd'hui le bistrot incontournable du centre-ville d'Aix-en-Provence. Idéalement situé Place des Prêcheurs, le Chastel propose une cuisine bistronomique, traditionnelle et raffinée. Avis aux truffle lovers : une partie des plats sont travaillés spécialement avec de la truffe... Régalez-vous avec la grande salade césar à la truffe, les rigatoni à la truffe et burrata, tartare de bœuf à la truffe, pour n'en citer que quelques-uns ! Une délicieuse pause, dans une ambiance très conviviale. Service irréprochable.
