The pleasures of chocolate. More than ten years ago, Jean-Michel Cailleaux, pastry chef, took over the iconic chocolate and pastry shop in Tours with his wife Flavie. A few minutes from Place Jean-Jaurès, this store, created over a century ago, has retained its charm of yesteryear with its moldings and crystal chandelier.

It is accompanied by a farandole of chocolate candies, pastries and pastries made on site from the lab with carefully selected ingredients. In the mouth? Fresh flavors, where cocoa and fruit reveal as much intensity as freshness.

Chocolate candies, made from unique recipes, sweet specialties from the region such as Balzac, hazelnut streusel, biscuits and coffee cream with whipped cream, Muscadines, ganache and Grand Marnier praline, Saint-Martin, Saint-Martin, crumble and hazelnut cookies decorated with caramel, and Nougat from Tours.
