La dolce vita between Provence and Italy. This splendid 5* hotel was born from an 18th century country house in AixE century which, renovated, has taken on the appearance of a Florentine palace with its Baroque decor, its green Renaissance garden and its pond-like swimming pool. La Taula Gallici, a gourmet restaurant open all year round, is a sure bet. From June to September, the ephemeral restaurant La Dolce Serata, located on the terrace, plays the dolce vita and Italian cuisine card.
