Sébastien, a chef trained at the Vatel school and at FERRANDI Paris, and Maryline, an experienced room manager, opened La Tomate Verte after a 10-year stay in New Zealand. Their credo: simple, fresh and creative cuisine, very focused on the Mediterranean, which evolves with the seasons and with the inspirations. The short menu changes every week, the cooking is controlled, the vegetables and side dishes are well cared for. A modern bistro just the way we like them!
