Organic and 100% French meats. Gérald Nasi, who took his first steps in the butcher business at the age of fourteen, opened this superb store in Jouques in 2015 where he works as a family. The choice of organic food was obvious for him, both for respect for animals, health and taste. The charcuteries are homemade, as is the catering range that follows the seasons. The prices are identical to those of a conventional butcher shop, but organic!
Cooked ham prepared on site, without nitrites, and other homemade charcuteries. Dried, smoked, peppered or peppered duck breasts and fillets with Espelette pepper are delicacies for an aperitif.
Small dishes made with organic meat (lasagna, stuffed vegetables, stew, veal stir-fry, meatballs in sauce...), not to mention summer ratatouille.
Attractive deals on chicken thighs, minced steaks and cooked ham: for every three pieces purchased, the fourth is free. On the catering side, for two dishes, the third is free, regardless of the composition of the lot.
