100% homemade chocolates and pastries. Rosa Chocolatier opened its doors in Pélissanne at the end of June 2024, but its founder has been exploring the world of sweets for nearly 25 years. Originally from Bastia, like his mother Rosa who gave his name to the brand, he worked in France and England before settling in Provence. His only credo: pleasure! Chocolate is at the top of the list, accompanied by an appetizing array of pastries, cookies and other delicacies.

The Pélissanne candy, a new chocolate that combines raspberry in fruit paste, gianduja peanuts and nougatine. The whole is decorated with a pelican, emblem of the town.
