The safe bet. For almost 20 years, this establishment, located in the heart of the charming village of Sanary, has won the hearts of local epicurean clientele. Half of the menu offers fresh, market cuisine in which vegetables, cooked pasta, Mediterranean fish and beautiful pieces of meat intersect, and for the other, delicious pizzas cooked over a wood fire, made by Arthur Lemoine, a young talented pizza maker.
Shrimps flambéed with pastis Henri Bardouin, one of the house specialties, to be discovered on skewers, with linguine or in ravioli.
The quality of the pizzas, on the spot or to take away: crispy dough, homemade tomato sauce, charcuterie, braised vegetables.
French meats served on olive wood boards, accompanied by homemade fries.
Traditional recipes well done, with stews and savory sauces.
Home-made desserts, including gargantuan Profiteroles for gourmands.
