We're going for 🚶

The creative and fragrant cuisine of Olivier Lozach, passed through beautiful houses and then the conquest of a star in Corsica. Local vegetables, fishing from small boats in Sanary and French meats are on the menu, short and naturally in season. Excellent products from elsewhere and references to the chef's original Brittany complete the score.
