Nicolas Bottero, passionné de cuisine depuis son enfance, est passé par la réputée École hôtelière de Grenoble et s'est forgé une expérience auprès des plus grands (Alain Ducasse). Décoré d'1* au Michelin en 2020, il vous offre une cuisine singulière, raffinée et généreuse qui rend hommage à son terroir. Le chef sublime les produits locaux pour élaborer de savoureuses compositions... Une pause gustative au sein d'un lieu authentique et chaleureux, offrant plusieurs espaces « à vivre », selon ses envies : le comptoir du chef, le salon cosy, la table d'hôte, la salle principale et le grand jardin verdoyant.
