The fresh and creative cuisine of the (new) Café Canailles. Patrick, who was the director of a brasserie in Aix-en-Provence for a long time, took over this pleasant café-restaurant on the tree-lined Place des Logis in autumn 2023. To upscale cooking, he called on an inventive young chef, Arnold, who comes up with a menu of four starters, four main courses and four desserts every two months. These are designed and concocted by the pastry chef and Patrick's wife, Marie Charlotte alias @les .douceurs.de.mamilotte. Everything is homemade and a dish of the day completes the menu.

The originality of the dishes, accompanied by wines selected each time the menu is renewed.

The “banana canaille” version of Marie Charlotte: Granola-nutella cookie, banana insert caramelized with rum, whipped cream sprinkled with sliced almonds. Irresistible.

Breakfast on site, or sit down with the children at snack time to discover the cake of the moment, accompanied by a hot or cold drink depending on the season.

The beautiful sunny terrace which allows you to enjoy the Provençal light all year round.
