Le vignoble chargé d’histoire : les Gallo-Romains cultivaient déjà ces collines baignées de sources pures il y a 2600 ans ! En 2017, le splendide Château Margüi, très vallonné et arboré, a rejoint la collection des vignobles Skywalker Vineyards appartenant à George Lucas. Il compte aujourd’hui 20 ha de vignes, 5 d’oliviers en restanques et 65 de forêts, le tout en bio. Les vins y sont produits dans les trois couleurs avec une gamme emblématique, « Château », et une autre plus confidentielle et atypique, « Bastide ».
Le panorama exceptionnel depuis la boutique au pied des vignes, au cœur de la Provence Verte et dans un site classé Natura 2000.
Le rosé gastronomique Bastide de Margüi 1784, frais, élégant et minéral, vieilli en barrique et produit en quantité limitée. Un délice avec des spécialités méditerranéennes.
La programmation culturelle et festive en juin, juillet et août : soirées musicales, expositions, concours de pétanque en nocturne… À suivre sur les réseaux sociaux.
