The varied offer of a family estate. Its history began in 1947, when Jean Roubaud discovered these beautiful lands crossed by a spring called Nestuby. Since then, the passion for wine has been passed on from father to son, with bottles that reflect the climate of the hinterland and the care taken in growing vines, while respecting biodiversity. The 19th century Provençal country house with swimming pool, surrounded by vineyards and olive trees, is home to superb guest rooms, some of which have a jacuzzi.
The “Wine in all senses” visit, fun and participative, at the heart of the estate where the five senses are awake.
The Eau de Vin cuvée, a lively and fresh gastronomic rosé, the white Goutte de Rolle with citrus notes and the fine and delicate bubbles of La Bulle de Blanc.
In a happy and relaxed atmosphere, taste the estate's wines with local platters or bruschettas at Nestuby Cave & Bar, in the center of the village of Cotignac, ranked among the most beautiful villages in France.
