A timeless setting

We're going for 🚶

The happiness of the senses. At the foot of the Alpilles and the Château des Baux, Lieven Van Aken, the Belgian chef at the Domaine de Manville restaurant, expresses all his passion for the Provençal region. Meat and fish are present — and what a presence! — but it is vegetables, organic and grown on site, that play the main role in a lively, sensitive, responsible cuisine mixed with Flemish inspirations. The establishment has been Michelin-starred since 2018.

Explore the permaculture garden in the greenery, the buzzing and the chirping, with a view of the superb ruins of the old castle.

The bright room, which was renovated in February, then, in summer, the large terrace in the shade of blossoming jasmines.

The three-course lunch menu (€90).

Green oyster, toasted ham with herbs from Provence and coarse-grained caviar.

The bistro menu, even more accessible, and the abundant Sunday brunch.
