Family cooking with Mediterranean and Portuguese colors. Dulce worked for 25 years in her parents' restaurant in Portugal, her husband Fano is Franco-Italian. Lusitanian flavors are often in the spotlight (cod gratin, octopus a lagareiro, churrasco chicken, pastéis de nata...), coexisting peacefully with transalpine and Provençal specialties (yum, panisses or barigoule artichokes!).
