The creations of the “Burger King” welcomed in France and beyond the borders: first prize at the Burgers Toqués competition in 2019 then at the Sirha in Lyon in 2021 and world champion with Team France in Dallas in 2023! Home-made buns, original recipes, fresh and seasonal local ingredients, refined sauces, elaborate cooking and precision in the dressing; Benoît Sanchez's burgers meet all the criteria of a gourmet dish. We like the chef's eco-responsible approach to limiting his carbon footprint through the short circuit. Second address at 31 rue Briçon et in Old Tours.
