The elegance of the wines... and the setting. Closed to the public for a long time, this 12th century winery has come back to life since the arrival in 2021 of Jean-Marc and Wendy Gobbi, the new owners. The castle is a former priory surrounded by 13 ha of vineyards, olive trees and lavender. Between natural splendors, bare stones, Romanesque chapel
and paved courtyard, the site has a crazy charm. The vineyard, located in the Luberon Regional Natural Park,
has regained its letters of nobility: racy reds
and fruity, fine rosé wines with a long finish, floral and acidic whites.
The renewal of the domain initiated by Jean-Marc
and Wendy: conversion to organic, store open to the public, concerts, evenings and other festive events on the program.
Rosé 1118, a nod to the date the priory was built, which expresses delicate, fresh and fruity aromas under a clear color.
Le Mas de Puyvert, a large cottage with magnificent rooms, to stay at the castle.
