The wines of character from an atypical family estate. Henri Gaussen held the reins with his daughter Agnès for several decades. In recent years, her granddaughter Éloïse joined the adventure, driven by the same energy. In all, six generations have succeeded one another in this beautiful 10-hectare estate, whose clay soil is conducive to the production of harmonious wines. Don't miss the splendid 18th century vaulted cellar and its wooden casks.
The good humor of the winegrower and the winemakers, who gladly show you around the estate by sharing their passion for wine and regional heritage.
The remarkable and gastronomic wines of the Pignatel cuvée (Mourvèdre and Grenache), in red as well as rosé.
The workshops are discovered four times a year by appointment: cutting, “sagattes” or disbudding, harvesting and blending.
