La Cave du Vigneron is a family business: in the early 2000s, the sommelier Stéphane Jaen, trained at the University of Wine in Suze-la-Rousse, took over the reins of the brand created by his father in 1978. It now has three addresses in and around Aix. Qualified wine merchants are there to serve as guides in the 2,000 references of wines, champagnes, spirits or beers offered in stores.
