Discover the range of fine bubbles and still wines from AOC Vouvray. Founded in 1953, this cooperative brings together around thirty passionate winemakers whose vines extend over the entire Vouvray appellation with some 400 hectares interspersed with hilly plateaus and hillsides overlooking the Loire and the Brenne Valley. Each of them provides a large part of their harvest in still wines (without bubbles) and base wines for the production of “fine bubbles”. After a careful selection, the latter are filtered and then blended into different cuvees worked using the traditional method.
