The story of family... and women! This castle, which has been passed on from generation to generation since 1848, is now in the hands of Aurore, Diane and Marion, the sisters of the Gualtieri family. The setting is exceptional: in the heart of a 700 ha forest, in the Massif des Maures, the estate is home to rare trees and a reservoir around which mallards, egrets and gray herons nest every year. Organic is obvious here.
Dames Nature, an organic rosé wine without sulphites: a rarity in this color and a joy for summer. Another gem: the gourmet rosé Audace, mineral and complex, which can also be drunk in winter.
The wealth of activities at the estate: tastings, forest walks, guided or audioguided tours, treasure hunts...
The eclectic concerts, every Wednesday evening in July and August.
